[四] Action/Video April 3rd

[Action: Early morning; Uzumaki House]

[After waking up somewhere in the forest and getting his bearings, the first thing Naruto did before anything else was head home. His memories were fuzzy- he had been walking through the village presumably the night before when some weird metal-people-things attacked him out of nowhere. Weird. He'd deal with that later though, because he got the feeling that after being out all night, even if it wasn't his fault, he was about to get one hell of a yelling once he set foot inside the house.

Entering the family home and closing the door behind him he waits, listening out for any noise or signs of movement. When it seems as though nobody is up yet (Geez did they just go to bed and sleep peacefully when he had been knocked out in a forest??) he begins to make his way up the stairs, calling out but not too loudly.]

Mom? ....Dad? Oi, you guys here?

[Action: Afternoon; Convenience Store]

[After everything had been sorted out at home and Naruto figured out what exactly had happened, he decided to go pay a visit to the guys in the convenience store. Hopefully Shikamaru wouldn't chew him out too badly, it wasn't his fault but being missing meant someone had to fill in and do the extra work in his place. Or maybe.. someone else was hired to take his place?? Dammit, Shikamaru.

Deciding so stick around and help out, Naruto can be found in the store for the remainder of the afternoon, helping out stocking up some shelves or just hanging out behind the counter helping himself to multiple Mountain Dew slurpees.]

[The journals are graced with a view of some sort of shop- noticeable as being the convenience store to anyone who frequents it- as Naruto props the journal up in front of him.]

Hey, do any of you guys know what those robot things are that come for people? That's what someone said they're called, they look like weird, metal people.

I remember fighting some, and having weird dreams before I woke up, but apparently they kidnapped me?! I was gone for weeks y'know!

Where do those guys take you? And what do they do anyway? They'd better not have done anything weird to me, or they're gonna pay!

[As he reads the words written, Naruto frowns. More and more as he gets through it. Doing things like that to an innocent person... it isn't right. And it makes him actually angry, instead of just annoyed as he had been before.]

So you're saying they tortured you. For the whole week, then just let you go?

Pretty much.

[There were other things too because there's only so much you can get out of a person who can't make any noises. When they started in on her mind, filtering through her memories, putting in new ones to see how it would change her, letting her live out new lives and moments...

The memories are blurry, but a few key points remain and it hurts more than knives and fists.]

I'm sorry. I mean. I wanna know what it is they did to me, but actually remembering things like that..

Are you okay? Are you still injured? I know some people that're real good at healing.

It's all right. [It isn't, not really, but it's not his fault either.] How long were you gone?

I'm fine. I stopped at the clinic when I was returned.

[If she went to the clinic, well. The people he was suggesting worked there so she probably saw them already.]

It was two weeks, about. I came back today.

[Ginia pauses as she tries to figure out a word. Friends holds too strong of a meaning and she knows they're not that. Casual sex partners, well, definitely not sharing that. She settles for the default.]

Cool! That means we are too, then! Did Kakashi-sensei get you to join his alliance thingy then?

[His alliance. It's interesting how ownership falls onto people. A plan formed between Erwin and Kakashi, but declared on behalf of Namikaze Minato. Still, it was really the plan of Erwin and Kakashi as they were the figureheads and ultimately in charge.

Politics. All a game of politics, wasn't it. Ginia herself still isn't sure if she's really following them or rather the spirit of the greater goal.]

I'm part of the alliance, yes. And you?

[Naruto doesn't think there is just one person in charge, but while talking about Kakashi it's just easier to say 'his' since he helped found it.]

Yeah! I'm the Ambassador for it y'know! I'm meant to talk to people that are interested in it and make sure they get in contact with people.

But uh- yeah. I'm a part of it, since Kakashi-sensei is, and my Dad, and those other guys they've been talking to.

That's an important role. How's that working out?

It was going just fine until the whole kidnapping thing, y'know? I missed a few weeks so I dunno what's been going on.

Not much, all things told. Things have been quiet.

I guess that's better than something bad happening.

I suppose so. On the other hand, might be the proverbial calm before the storm.

I guess we'll find out one way or another, right.

Probably best to stay cautious but not stress too much. Whatever happens will happens for better or worse.
