Most likely, Minato would want to have a gathering, and will be inviting everyone. Kakashi can't exactly say no to his teacher, and it's been long enough that he's left the issue unresolved.

His call to Sakura hadn't gone too terribly, so maybe the other two won't be so bad.

It takes him a while after he wraps up his call to Sakura to finally works up the nerve to send Naruto a voice message.

There's a long pause of silence in the beginning before Kakashi clears his throat awkwardly. ]
