[He knows it's the fault of the Malnosso and their tricks. With everyone else it was easy to dismiss and place the blame on them, even with Kakashi, but with Sakura it's harder.

[Yeah. Those feelings do make it more awkward. But he's so genuine about the apology... she flips the feed over to video, so that he can see she's smiling.]

Well... all right. If it makes you feel better, I accept your apology. And... I hope you'll accept mine. [The smile slides off her face, into regret.] Whether or not it was the Malnosso behind it, that still hurt you.

[All the more because of his feelings for her, really. Dangling something like that in front of him, giving him a taste....]

[Seeing her reply and no longer looking angry at him, it makes him smile a bit in return. He knows it had really upset her, but here she was trying to help him feel a little better about it too. Sakura-chan is really great.

He switches the video on too.]

I'll be right there with you on that one! [Easy ground, common ground, and a thought that sometimes keeps her going. Finding one of these guys, one of the ones actually responsible for all this misery, and pummeling them until they couldn't see straight.]
