[The recent events had certainly left a lot for people to think about. Naruto is no different, the past few days spent comparing fake memories with the real thing. Mostly he was hung up on how normal the fake life had seemed, a (fake) lifetime spent with a huge, loving family he had never had until arriving in this place.

Out of everything though, there is one question that plagues him the most. Here it comes...]

So even though that place was fake, and the things we remembered from it aren't really real, we're not still like.... legally married or anything, right? Right?

I don't think I'm even old enough to be married y'know!

[YUP. Guess who has been carefully avoiding Tenten ever since things went back to normal. Apparently he can act like a proper ninja when he wants to. He is finally manning-up to face reality though.]

[Actually he isn't, but he had something else he wanted to ask over the journals, so figured he would just throw that in too.]

[Since Luceti returned to normal, Naruto hasn't been that sociable. Most of his time has been spent at home aside from the occasional trip out into the woods to train or to check in on people close to him that were not fake wives or family members.

Today though, he can be found behind the counter of Shikamaru's convenience store. He has absolutely no idea what he is doing still and with Shikamaru and Masaomi both away, the fate of Luceti's #1 Store™ had been left to the combined efforts of Korra and Naruto.

[Well this is no fun! Way to ruin their awesome prank, Dad. Though maybe... maybe he is in the garden or something? Naruto goes to peer out a window, to see if he can see him.]

[Well... Kushina probably wouldn't mind that. She'd blush a little and probably laugh at Naruto's reaction at seeing his dad getting dressed.

All four of them reach the stairs and shuffle towards the door to the bedroom. It's harder to keep four people quiet and there's a lot of footsteps in the hall. HOPEFULLY THEY CAN STILL CATCH HIM BY SURPRISE....

[Naruto looks confused for a moment- but then he gets it. THat mischevious grin comes back, hehehehe.]

Now we're gonna have to do an awesome prank, he deserves it after not being here for this one y'know?

[He deserves it for a LOT of reasons.

BUUUT mostly because the kage of the Uzumaki home and Orange Hokage of Luceti really like pranks.]

An awesome prank? [She thinks surprising Minato with a binding seal and tickling him until he cried 'ramen!' was going to be pretty good. But she could probably think of something a bit more. Kick it up a notch.

Got it. Her grin is probably a GILLYUN times more devious now watch out world we got some pranksters on a mission.]

[She darts into hers and Minato's bedroom quickly and begins searching her dresser, pulling out hair products she uses to keep her hair so BEAUTIFUL and other girly things like make lipstick and blush. She doesn't have a lot to choose from but what she does have she gathers into her hands and she comes back out with her hands behind her back amongst her chuckles.

[Mom where are you going? He just stands there watching her rush off somewhere, before peering at what she's holding once she's back.]

What's that? Hair stuff?

[How do you know what hair stuff is NARDO she probably has to make him comb his hair sldkgjs]

[HOLDS UP LIPSTICK AND BLUSH]

[He knows what it is VAGUELY ok not like he uses any though. He is a MAN.]

[He probably comes in to bother mom while she is doing hair care stuff and touches everything and touches her hair while she doesn't mind that. But then he knocks a bunch of stuff over and then finally she's like 'NARUTO GET OUT']

It's the second part to the prank.

[OFF POPS the lid and reveals really red lipstick that she hasn't touched since being here. She picked it up just because she's trying to have more girly habits TO NO AVAIL she is playing pranks with her son.]

Your dad likes red, ya know.

[Well Naruto likes her JUST THE WAY SHE IS playing pranks is way better than putting makeup on plus she is PRETTY ANYWAY.

He isn't getting what she means, though.]

Kushina is silent and her smile fades away, instead placed by confusion. It's pretty obvious, isn't it? Well better show him, since he learns by example the best.

That's what it has to do with pranking him. Lipstick makes for pretty good non-permanent paint but it's still a pain to get rid of.

[Reaching up to rub lipstick off his nose with a little pout. But oh. Oh!!! Now he gets it!]

[All brand new. Never been touched. Because makeup, how does she use it.

When she looks at Naruto again, she stifles a small laugh.]

[hehehe Dad is gonna look so goofy with all this stuff on him.]

Where d'ya think he went? He'd better be coming home soon, so we can do this.

He couldn't have gone far.

[Though she is also curious. Maybe the library again. Or out to train. Or...research. Not Jiraiya-sensei's though she will kick his ass so hard.]

And he should be home in time for dinner if he knows what's good for him.

[And she tucks makeup and stuffs in her pocket. After, she licks her thumb and rubs it across Naruto's nose to get rid of the lipstick he missed hehe]

We should set something up, then.

[There's a dead serious look in his eyes. This is serious Uzumaki business, they are pranking Dad today, no matter what.]
